- Introduced AI-assisted scripting, treatment, and pre-production workflows, cutting script turnaround from 4 days to 1–2.
- Built a call sheet interface in React Native as a self-directed side project, later adopted company-wide by the internal engineering team.
- Delivered branded and documentary-style content as an independent producer for entertainment and consumer clients.
- Managed all aspects of production as sole owner-operator, from client development through final delivery.
- Led a $1.25M flagship corporate documentary from concept to delivery on an accelerated 3-month timeline, coordinating across nearly every department company-wide.
- Produced and directed corporate mini-documentaries across five continents for flagship Originals including Stranger Things and The Crown, coordinating multi-timezone remote productions (including a Singapore-based video village) and localizing across 12+ languages.
- Designed build-out for a new studio and soundstage, including an RFID checkout system and standardized production protocols, and built Airtable- and Cheqroom-based workflows supporting a 15+ person post-production team.
- Spearheaded an accessibility partnership with Lighthouse for the Blind as part of Netflix's ESG initiative, later spotlighted company-wide.
- Hired and mentored a studio manager who was later promoted to Associate Producer.
